We will be attempting to schedule a board meeting on March 16. The agenda will simply be approving mowing bids and pool bids. Signs should be out by the 6th for that meeting.

PTHA UPDATE!
I wanted to begin by thanking the board members from 2022 for the time they volunteered last year! After our annual meeting in December, the board for 2023 is:
President – Chad Swift
Vice President – Jenna Domann
Treasurer – Todd Lowe
Secretary – Adrienne Miller
Members at Large –
Aaron Alexander, Margaret Ford & Valerie Williams

I wanted to quickly go over the board meeting with an unofficial summary.
We began the meeting with voting so neighbors didn’t have to wait through a whole meeting if they had pressing matters to attend to. It went very smooth as there wasn’t any opposition, but each spot was filled!
Things we voted on as a board were:
1) Keeping dues at $100/year for another year
2) Adding to the budget:
– New cameras at the pool – old ones are shot.
– New pool heater – needs replaced – consistent issues
– More fobs – neighbors have requested a 2nd set
3) We added 2 HOA policies
– record retentions – for transparency & transitioning
– conduct – commitment to be professional/kind
4) We went over committee info & budget
That about sums up the annual meeting. We will hopefully have a board meeting in the spring. If you want anything discussed at the meeting, please let us know! We would love to see you there!

We are all volunteers, so if you try to contact one of us and don’t hear back, please try another method, or another board member!
